Unimelb MSPGH Facebook Group

Students at the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health are able to connect on a purpose-made Facebook group titled MSPGH Students - Unimelb. It's a great place to keep an eye out for employment and volunteering opportunities, gain insight into studying and ask questions! Make sure to answer the relevant questions when you ask to join to make sure you're accepted.

GradLink

GradLink is an opportunity for new students at the MSPGH to meet other new students and be linked up with a mentor student to receive support when beginning their course. The sessions run for six weeks, beginning in Week 1, and cover a variety of topics such as selecting subjects and timetables, how to survive assessments and mental health skills.

Form study groups!

As daunting as it sounds, forming study groups for subject you're taking is a great way to connect with a receive support from other students. Don't be afraid to reach out on the MSPGH Students - Unimelb to other students expressing interest in creating a study group. Students do it all the time! Grab a coffee and head to an awesome study location on campus, a breakout room on Zoom or the State Library!
